Check this out: "The wine is organic, Kral explained, because both the growing and filtering processes are free of chemicals. The yeast is filtered from the wine naturally, as opposed to using potassium sorbate to kill it."

And here's a video on this Eastern Ontario vineyard (in French)

These are all great, but especially thrilled to see the local wine option; the fact that it's organic sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing!
The healing herbs and spices workshop sounds really interesting. I need to do some research and see if something similar is offered here. I'd love to depend less on chemical painkillers to treat my headaches.
Andrea: You may want to check Amber's blog out - it's called "Unstuffed": http://unstuff.blogspot.com
I did a query for migraines but didn't find anything although headache came up with a couple of ideas (willow being one).
You could also email her and see if she knows of any herbalists in Toronto! Good Luck!
Thanks DF! I was excited also! Am thinking of doing a local tasting tour of some interesting food/drink (including your chorizo suggestion!) for 2012! : )
Thanks for the tips. Amber's blog looks really interesting.
Her knowledge on herbs/plants is amazing! Good luck!
