holiday cheer - the o-town way...

Have been finding some really wonderful, creative, inspiring and touching posts from local bloggers - many helping put me in the holiday spirit. Wanted to share with you some of my favorites:

- This truly heartwarming post on Wuppenif about a treasured friend and a lovely "Tea for Two" tradition.

- UnFolding's article on the Cube Gallery's Christmas Window Display (1285 Wellington St West) - sounds like a "must see"!

- Music samples from Hibernation Nation on Ottawa Tonight. (Check out her songs on the right-hand side music player - esp. "Bike Ride".)

- Sweetest Digs' post on The Tin Barn Market in Almonte (they are open every day from now until the 24th)!

- Book on Inspiring Handmade Artists from Desire to Inspire - she had to arm wrestle it back from friends!

- Great ideas - beautiful holiday picture inspirations for an Apartment Sized Christmas from Acquired Taste...

And one final link through Wuppenif:

Loved this post from Day By Day the Farm Girl Way

on Being a Deer Mother.

What a lovely package of neat posts, and oh gosh I'm so chuffed that you included my teatime post - thank you. I loved all of these, but the Christmas window post was the zinger for me.

Thanks for sharing these, I love finding out about new blogs. There are so many, and it's really tricky to pick out the good ones without help. This is a great way to introduce fellow bloggers you like. :)

DF - Hoping for some snow this week to set the mood and then want to go and see the window!
